Consevative Party Candidate Bill Redwood. "Tamils are going through are difficult time, I will lend a helping hand"
Tamil Youth Organization, Canada organized a candlelight vigil at Albert Campbell Square at the Scarborough Civic Centre marking the One Year Anniversary of the Boxing Day Tsunami on Dec 26th, 2005.
